Welcome to Rina's Specialty Cakes online! For your enjoyment, I make anything from regular cakes to shaped fondant masterpieces. Plus, my cakes are made from scratch, made to order, and never frozen. I have a wide menu or I can figure out a recipe to match your tastes! Two examples are the Italian Romance, which is a tiramisu inspired cake, and The Dark Knight, which is a dark chocolate raspberry cake.

My regular cakes are great for birthdays, office parties, or just any old excuse to party! Further, I do decorated cookies, petite fours, cheesecakes, and pies!

Shaped Fondant cakes are great for larger parties or more exquisite events, including weddings. For wedding cakes I actually hire a professional piper to do all the tiny and beautiful piping, making sure that your special day is as perfect as it can be!
